We’ve known a few professional boot fitters in our day and a major part of their job is gently breaking the news that no matter how much money you spend there’s a level of discomfort that parallels performance and there’s not really anyway around it.

They can certainly use their years of experience to work some magic to address hotspots and such but when it comes down to it, ski boots are a necessary pain in the butt that we endure for the love of the sport.
