Whistler, Canada – YouTuber Rise & Alpine took to the mostly-snowless slopes of Whistler Blackcomb to hunt for treasures left on the mountain after the ski season.

People drop things all the time while skiing and snowboarding, from ski poles to phones, cans, wallets, and much more. Many ski resorts do a spring cleanup where staff or volunteers pick up trash revealed by the melting snow, but that doesn’t get everything.

In his search for his own cameras and gear, Rise & Alpine found skis, plenty of signs, gear, trash, a bunch of iPhones, and much more. It’s also just uniquely cool to see the slopes of Whistler Blackcomb without snow. Somehow it seems so much more massive when it’s mostly dry.
