Mythical bird-eating fish had circulated among humans for eons. But no footage had ever been recorded of a hunt. That was until Miles Barton, a biologist, and director of Blue Planet II got a call from someone who knew someone who knew a local fisherman in South Africa who had seen said bird-eating fish for real.

Giant Trevally can reach top speeds of 60km/h and can grow to the size of 160lbs.
