Bicycle shops in San Fransisco  are warning of a serial tester stealing bikes from bike shops.

ktvu.com shares this story of a woman who has been stealing bikes from stores around SF. The bandit has made off with over $14,000 worth of gear to date.

Brian Bruckner of Big Swingin’ Cycles, on Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco told ktvu that “she just seemed like a good, credible person”. Bruckner goes on to say, “These bikes are a liquid asset that can be sold quickly, it’s a getaway vehicle as well.”
