West Dover, Vermont — People tend to lose things at ski resorts. It can be something silly and generally worthless, like an empty Gatorade bottle or an expired hand warmer, or something actually valuable, like a phone. Some are able to retrieve them during the season, while others have to wait till the end of the season for the snow to melt.
Mount Snow recently held a cleanup day. Last week, they shared a video that revealed the hidden treasures discovered during that day. Some of the highlights include an old phone, slightly damaged cash, Japanese sake, and a debit card. Those are some good finds, though they aren’t quite as epic as the meatloaf found at Hunter Mountain last year.
Unfortunately, none of those vintage Mount Snow egg-shaped gondola cabins were found lying out there. The oldheads at Mount Snow will know what I’m talking about.
