After Snowbird called it a wrap with a Memorial Day closing, lift serviced skiing the great state of Utah is officially over for the 2024/2025 ski season. As Utah ski resorts transition to summer operations its a great time to run the numbers and see which one can claim the longest season.
While you might think it would be Snowbird who remained open 8 days more than Solitude (closed May 18th), Solitude actually takes the top spot as the opened early on November 7th. Snowbird tallied 170 days (opening day November 28th) while their neighbors to the northeast, Solitude, scored 183 days of operation.
Cheers to all 15 Utah public ski areas for another incredible season of shredding and special shout out to Solitude for providing their guests the most ski days in the Beehive State. Well done!
