Warren, Vermont — It’s shaping up to be a rare weekend where you can both ski and golf at Sugarbush Resort. To celebrate, the Vermont ski resort is offering free skiing and riding for its closing weekend.

That’s not a typo, a major Vermont ski resort is offering free skiing and riding this weekend. This includes the RFID ticket. All that Sugarbush is asking guests to do is reserve the free ticket online. Click here to grab your ticket.

In terms of terrain, Sugarbush plans to have Stein’s Run and Coffee Run accessible from Valley House. The snow is still skiable on Spring Fling, but you’ll need to hike down the Snowball trail. The Valley House quad chairlift will be spinning. Some of the festivities will include live music, the Last Weekend Luau, and a Kentucky Derby Viewing Party on Saturday.

The season started out rough for Sugarbush, as a drought led them to not be able to make enough snow to open in November. They did open in early December though, and nearly 300 inches of snowfall led to great conditions. Sugarbush also opened the new Heaven’s Gate chairlift. Another new chairlift is planned for the 2025-26 season.
