Big Sky, Montana — If you’re wondering how gnarly the steeps are at Big Sky Resort, one crash proves how dangerous this terrain can become.
While skiing down the Marx trail, this skier suddenly noticed that a female skier was crashing down the mountain. After realizing she’s coming in like a wrecking ball, he’s able to escape by traversing to the skier’s left side of the trail. Based on the speed she was traveling at, the skiers nearby were lucky this didn’t become a full-on crash scene. It appears that the lady who wiped out was ok.
