Several Idaho ski resorts had a solid week last week, with places like Brundage recording two feet in the past week. As if that wasn’t enough, the National Weather Service is forecasting yet another snowstorm to role through several areas of the state, potentially bringing over a foot of snowfall throughout the next few days.
Areas near both Brundage and Tamarack Resort are expected to receive between half a foot to a foot of snowfall between Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Both Brundage‘s and Tamarack‘s own forecasts are looking at up to 8 inches of new snowfall throughout the same period.

On the high end amount forecast, with a 1 in 10 chance of higher snowfall, some places in and around Idaho could see between 18 and 24 inches of snowfall, though that doesn’t appear to be around any major ski resorts. For Brundage and Tamarack, the high end amount throughout the period is looking closer to around 12 to 18 inches. This higher end forecast has a 10% chance of occurring.
