Some people like to ski powder when they get the opportunity. Others constantly search out the deepest powder pockets they can find, making it their mission to ski deep snow every day they possibly can while chasing storms as much as they can. French ski brand Black Crows has launched the new limited edition Powder Hunter collection with that kind of person in mind.
There are three parts to the powder hunter collection. The Nocta Powder Hunter is the ski, featuring a massive 122mm waist width, double rocker. and gentle positive camber underfoot. The big mountain ski is decorated with the blast of a snowstorm, giving skiers stability and balance at any speed in the deepest of snow. The Nocta Powder Hunter is available in a 177.6cm, a 185.5cm, and a 190.6cm.
The collection also includes the Oxus Powder Hunter poles, made from 7075 aluminum alloy and featuring a similar winter storm look. With a 28cm long grip made of EVA foam and a 90mm powder basket, the Oxus is designed to adapt to the terrain while hunting down the deepest snow.
Lastly, the collection includes the Dorsa 22 Powder Hunter X-Pac Backpack, featuring a snug fitting back panel, X-Pac® fabric, a dedicated front pocket for shovel and probe, and a U-shaped opening for easy access. With all three items together, the powder hunter will certainly look sweet on the deepest powder days.
