In far northern Norway, in the western portion of Finnmark County, lies the small village of Nuvsvåg. It sits at 70 degrees north, well within the arctic circle, and is surrounded by the Finnmark Alps.
The nearby mountains have plenty of opportunities for touring, from beginners to advanced skiers and snowboarders. The mountains rise straight from the ocean, and the glacier at the bottom of the fjord offers plenty of powder.
