Bolton Valley.

Vermont’s independently owned Bolton Valley is set to kick off the 2024/25 ski season on November 29, just the day after Thanksgiving. Resort President Lindsay Deslauriers showed off all the new upgrades coming to the resort for the season, ranging from a new backcountry/nordic center to some killer recreation area upgrades.

Ski season is one week away and winter prep work is happening all over the resort. Additionally, there’ve been some really fun developments taking place behind the scenes this past off-season. Walking us through some of these updates is President Lindsay Deslauriers, it’s Letters from Lindsay Vol. 17!

The specific upgrades Lindsay mentions throughout the video include new siding for the hotel, a new nordic/backcountry center in the heart of the village circle, and a newly paved parking lot entrance with no potholes or massive bumps.

What was once the Sports Center is now Ralphs Rec Den (RRD), named after the founder of Bolton Valley and Lindsay’s father. Ralphs Rec Den will feature all the same stuff that the Sports Center had (pool, tennis courts, etc), plus a new arcade, virtual reality center, and a golf simulator. Pretty much everything a kid could ask for out of an après ski experience.
