Brian Head, Utah— After a weekend full of powder at Brian Head Resort, the resort is extending its season again.

Last weekend, the Utah ski resort announced that it was extending its season again. Originally planning to close on May 5th, Brian Head will now keep one of its lifts open until May 12th. This is thanks to the resort’s season snowfall total of 306 inches, including 10 inches over this past weekend. They also have an impressive base depth of 61″.

Here’s their operating schedule for the rest of the spring ski season. From May 5th to May 9th, the Giant Steps Express (Chair 2) will operate from 10 am to 4 pm. They will then be closed from May 6th through May 9th. From May 10th to 12th, they’ll operate the Giant Steps Express (Chair 2) from 10 am to 4 pm. For the final stretch of Brian Head’s season, lift tickets can be purchased for as low as $19.

Mountain Capital Partners, which operates Brian Head Resort, is a big fan of keeping their mountains open as late as possible. Partner mountains Arizona Snowbowl and Lee Canyon are preparing for bonus weekends, as both plan to close on May 5th.
