I’m usually not too worried about the dirt on the side of the trail while skiing in the spring. It’s just a part of that warm weather energy. But after seeing this clip, I might be a little bit more worried.
This guy doesn’t necessarily look like he’s out of control. He’s just cruising down the hill, enjoying that spring slush, when he seems to hit some extra wet snow causing him to lose control. It’s a pretty gnarly wipeout, but honestly (not to scare you all) it looks like something that could happen to anyone.
Fortunately, as we hear from his mumblings after the crash, he has a helmet on, so he was okay. Let this be a reminder, folks. Put on your gosh darn helmet.
