“Snow has continually fallen the past 4-days bringing us to a total of 4-5.5 FEET since it began on Sunday.” -Mammoth Mountain

Break out those powder skis and head on out to Mammoth Mountain in California to enjoy the 5.5 feet of snow they have received since Sunday. The base is looking great and they’ve gotten 10 inches of fresh in the last 24 hours. Here’s the latest conditions update as of 6:30am PST:

“This latest storm brought some seriously fun times with powder to be found throughout the ski area and more stashes to be had today. Practice safe riding habits in fresh snow – avoid the base of trees, wear a beacon if you own one, and always ski and ride with a buddy. Today, you can expect mostly cloudy skies and scattered snow showers throughout the day that may affect upper mountain lift operations due to poor visibility. Wear an extra layer this morning and grab your low-light lens before heading out to the slopes. Be sure to spend some time on the backside today lapping Chair 14, as the snow is incredibly fun over there right now.”

Be safe on the roads and ski with a friend because conditions are looking DEEP!

Plenty of fresh judging by this video post yesterday. GiddyUp!
