After it was initially reported that several people were missing from an avalanche at Lee Canyon, four people have been found and are safe. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, one individual needed medical help. That individual received care on the scene and was released shortly afterward.

The Mt. Charleston Mountain Man was the first to report that the slide happened in the bowl around the Sherwood chairlift. It was later confirmed by the Gazette-Journal that the slide happened in the bowl and affected the Black Jack, High Roller, and Keno trails.

As mentioned above, road conditions made the drive to and from the ski resort extremely difficult. This video from Marissa gives you a good idea of the road conditions right now.
