We’ve all been accustomed to the typical skier POV on Instagram. Wow, you got a video of yourself getting a couple of face shots at Alta? That’s sick, dude. What’s not typical is seeing world-class mogul skiers sending it down a steep course.
Last week, mogul skier Ben Cavet shared a video of him and his buddies going bananas at Ruka Ski Resort in Finland. The video POV includes pro mogul skiers Walter Wallberg, Mikael Kingsbury, and Julien Viel. Mikael Kingsbury is worth noting due to him arguably being the GOAT of freestyle skiing. So far in his career, he’s accumulated one Olympic gold medal, two Olympic silver medals, eight World Championships, and twenty-four Crystal Globes. In other words, you’re witnessing greatness in the video down below.
Regarding the mogul events this weekend in Ruka, Japan’s Ikuma Horishima secured the dub. Walter Wallberg got second place, while Mikael Kingsbury finished in third. In the women’s event, Jakara Anthony secured the victory, followed by  Elizabeth Lemley in second and Olivia Giaccio in third.
