Own A Piece of Breckenridge Ski Resort History!

After many years of service, Breckenridge Ski Resort is upgrading the 1970 original 5-Chair on Peak 8 to a new, high-speed quad – the Five SuperChair, planned to open for the 2023/24 winter season.

The double chairs are approximately 147lbs in weight & measure about 9’2″ tall, 50″ wide.

This is your chance to own an original piece of Breckenridge Ski Resort. You can register and bid for a ski chair through our virtual auction, held right here.

Proceeds of the auction will benefit and be split between the Sol Center – Summit FIRC and EpicPromise Employee Foundation.

Important Notice: Ski Chair Designation Number

Please note that in order to organize 114 chairs on this site, each chair will have a “lot number” designated to it. These numbers DO NOT represent the actual chair number itself; they are only representing chair inventory. For example, if you bid on “Chair 5 #20”, this means you are bidding on a random ski chair we have assigned as the 20th auction item, NOT the actual ski chair #20 from the 5-Chair double ski chair lift.

No specific chair number can be requested, as the chairs will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to the highest bidders at pick-up.

Chair Pickup

If you win a chair, pick-up will be located at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Specific location and instructions will be provided after you have secured your winning bid and payment has been fulfilled.
