“It is undisputed that I had a great guardian angel by my side when I fell in Kitzbühel.”

Urs Kryenbuehl had to call an early end to his racing season after this high speed crash at the Hahnenkamm downhill in Kitzbuehel, Austria back in January 2021.  The Swiss skier skidded across the finish line with freshly demolished skis, a concussion, a fracture of the right collarbone and a tear in the cruciate and inner ligament in the right knee. Wild to see a ski come apart like this. The freeze frame of his Fischers exploding give you an idea of the forces at play.
