“Common! You got it buddy!!”– Sage Butt, a rider on Park City’s alpine slide.

It turns out that badgers also like going on alpine slides.

Last week, Sage Butt shared a video of her riding the alpine slide at Park City Mountain Resort in Utah. What started as a typical ride down the slide went wrong when she spotted a badger on the track. She luckily braked in time and didn’t collide with the furry critter. Her screaming clearly startled the cute animal, as the badger began to race downhill on the slide. Eventually, the badger jumped back on the grass, and Sage continued her ride to Park City’s Mountain Village.

It’s a great reminder that when you’re up in the mountains, be prepared for anything. The video of the interaction is down below.
