Let’s be honest with ourselves for a second. The 360° camera angle is a bit… overused… at this point. It’s been around for years now, overtaking the basic POV camera, and while it was cool at first, it’s just not that exciting anymore! A 360° clip that features two sports and two athletes in just one shot with no cuts, though? That’s pretty darn cool.
Obviously I’m not being serious about the 360° camera angle being lame. It’s definitely the best way to film POV shots these days and most of the crazy clips we see today are shot on those cameras. That said, two sports and two athletes in one clip is still a lot cooler.
I’d like to know how many attempts it took to land this shot. Honestly, knowing the people who participate in Swatch Nines, they probably managed to get it in just one try.
