In this video, we see two snowboarders making their way down the hill at a ski resort in Sochi, Russia. A small cornice breaks above them, resulting in a slow-moving slide. As the two boarders attempt to get out of the way, one of them falls, and it’s overtaken by the small and wet slide.
Thankfully his partner was able to dig him out, but it’s clear in the video that even a small, slow-moving slide can turn deadly.
