Looks like that bozo who was filmed getting in a physical altercation on a Park City chairlift will be facing the justice he deserves. Desert News reports the 39-year-old man from Lutz, Florida, was charged in Summit County Justice Court with assault, a class B misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a class C misdemeanor.
The assault took place on December 26th while two men and a woman were riding a Park City Mountain Resort chairlift. The victim is a 52-year-old man who is also from Florida.
The first TikTok video shows chairlift the brouhaha, the second shows the chairlift reaching the top station where ski patrol met and detained the suspect. The videos have racked up millions of views.
An arraignment is scheduled for February 27th. We will be sure to update this story as more information becomes available.
