As the world’s best footballers play their hearts out in Qatar, it got me thinking what kinda action sports do they get up to on that the peninsula protruding into the Persian Gulf. Turns out they got a ton of dunes that are perfect for sending it deep on dirt bikes…that is unless you got a Jeep in your landing zone. Check out this close call on a 100ft jump that nearly ends in disaster in the Qatari Desert:
“100 ft dirt bike jump landed onto Jeep wrangler hood/bonnet during a desert free ride motocross session in the Qatar dunes. My mate hit a big dune jump and due to lack of communication between the boys at the top of the dune nobody saw the jeep coming until he was airborne, he landed on the hood but thankfully rode away like a boss. An unbelievable escape from what could of been a deadly dune wreck/crash.”
