Big congratulations to our girl Mikaela Shiffrin who became the first woman to win the first two races of the World Cup season in 29 years, taking the top spot on the podium in back-to-back slalom races this weekend in Finland.

NBC Sports reports Shiffrin followed her 75th World Cup victory on Saturday with another one on Sunday in Levi, Finland. She has a ton of momentum coming into Killington this weekend where she will be gunning for her 50th World Cup slalom victory.

Shiffrin trails Lindsey Vonn by six victories for the career women’s record across all disciplines. She skied incredibly well in Finland and I can’t wait to crush leftovers and watch her take the starting gate in Vermont…GO MIKAELA!!!
