If you were betting on which ski resort in Montana would be the first to open, would you have bet on Great Divide in Marysville?

My guess is no.

Great Divide Ski Area will kick off the season in Montana on Saturday, November 12th, at 10AM MT. The mountain has yet to release details on which terrain and lifts that will be operating.

Great Divide’s website is currently not reporting any new snow, but OpenSnow is reporting that 8 inches have fallen in the last 7 days.
