The race to open is officially underway in Colorado.
Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, Loveland Ski Area, and now Keystone Resort are all making snow on their opening day trails whenever possible.
Keystone has shared a new series of photos and a video showing snowmaking guns blasting up and down their most famous beginner run- Schoolmarm.

Yesterday and today, temps dropped long enough that we were able to make snow for most of the mornings at the top of Schoolmarm.Our highly skilled and passionate team is always ready whenever the weather allows, and while we haven’t seen round the clock temps yet, we will be ready to take advantage when we do and have already been jumping on the available windows we’ve been given.
Colder temperatures are right around the corner. 🤞 #winteriscoming”
