Back in July, it was revealed that this $100 million mansion on Aspen Mountain had entered the market. Yesterday, Youtuber Enes Yilmazer released a video tour of this mansion.
Based on the video tour, the house has a lot of flash, but not much substance. The things I like are the views of the town and the gondola, the entrance/ bridge, and the ski-in/out access. What I don’t like about the mansion is the absurd price point, the lack of amenities(no pool, hot tub, etc.), and it has some questionable artistic/design choices.
Ultimately, I just feel like the only reason it’s valued so much is its location. There are probably some billionaires who don’t pay much in taxes that would love this home though. You can view the listing here, and the video from Enes Yilmazer is below.
