How many of these “don’t be a stupid tourist in a national park” posts are we going to have to write this summer? It feels like every time we write one, five more videos appear out of the air. Well, as long as tourists continue to get wayyyyy too close to wildlife, we’ll continue to show you the footage!

This poor bison is just trying to live his life, and these people won’t leave him be. Trust me, these tourists DO NOT want to find out what happens when they piss off a bison. Yellowstone National Park, in fact, requires people to stay AT LEAST 25 yards away from bison and other animals (wolves and bears should be given 100 yards). Now, I don’t know exactly how close those tourists got, but I can guarantee they were closer than 25 yards.

Fortunately it seems that the bison didn’t attack and no one was hurt, but if the bison did get pissed off and made a move, how bad would you really feel for the people?
