On the roads in Yellowstone National Park, the bison always have the right of way.

The video below shows a bison herd stampeding over a bridge in the park back in May. There’s unfortunately no audio, but you can imagine how loud it must have been as the 100+ beasts ran over the bridge.

Nick M:“We saw a bald eagle on the North side of the bridge and around 10 bison in view on the other side not knowing 10 would turn into a hundred. The bridge shaking and a hundred bison running towards you was exhilarating.”
