The North Face is searching for 15-20 emerging athletes to join their new Athlete Development Program, providing an opportunity to earn a two-year contract with both financial and product assistance. The program includes a three-month development onboard experience, a nine-month mentorship period, and the potential for further collaborations with the company.

Specifically, the program is looking for those who love the mountains and can act as new voices among the outdoor community. Athletes are, or course, expected to be climbers, skiers, snowboarders, trail runners, and/or alpinists, as those are the sports The North Face focuses on.

“We are looking for driven athletes who are passionate about reaching the next level of their sport. This sense of passion should also inform their desire to reflect a more inclusive outdoor community. With that goal in mind, we encourage athletes from communities that are historically excluded or marginalized to apply.” The North Face

If you think you’ve got what it takes, or if you’ve just got the time to fill out the quick application and figure “why the hell not”, you can apply here.
