Ben Harrington is going to be feeling this one in the morning.
The skier from New Zealand suffered a disastrous crash during the men’s ski halfpipe qualification runs. Something went wrong when he was prepping for the final hit, and his upper body slammed into the pipe wall.
Harrington ended up walking away, and just barely missed out on qualifying for the finals.
It just goes to show how much risk these athletes are taking to compete in the pipe. So scary, but thankfully he was okay!
