Last week, Lake Louise Ski Resort in Banff, Canada opened up their new lift for the first time. The Juniper Express is located out of Banded Peak Base Camp, and services easy and intermediate runs along with multiple terrain parks. According to Lake Louise, the purpose of the lift is for easier access to their terrain parks, giving a lift for those who want to improve on their skills, and reducing lift lines at the base. This follows the West Bowl expansion from last season, which added four hundred and eighty acres of terrain and a new quad chairlift(the Summit lift). As shown on their trail map, the next new lift will be located next to the top terminal of the Juniper Express and will give guests another lift to access the upper mountain.
