“Happy Jackass Day! $18 lift tickets, vintage ski gear, and sunny skies made this Jackass Day one to remember!”Really cool tradition in the mountains of Idaho where Silver Mountain Ski Resort commemorates the 1967 opening of Jackass Ski Bowl by encouraging guests to sport their best vintage gear while offering lift tickets at a retro price ($18). KREM2 was on hand for the event where they spoke with longtime locals who shared incredible memories of ski days past. Glad to know people have been playing hooky from school to go ski since the 1960s.
