Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in Golden, British Columbia opened for the season on December 4th.  Despite the late opening, the snowpack is deep, with it being almost 75 inches. One hundred seventeen of their one hundred twenty-plus runs are already open. So far, the mountain has received about 152 inches of snow(386 cm),  and two feet in the past seven days. It’s not as deep as ski resorts in California have been seeing lately, but it still looks like a whole lot of fun! Videos of the insane conditions are below.
