My preseason snow stoke meter is about to break. Ski resorts across the country have been reporting their first dustings of snow, and it’s making me feel all types of ways.
Congrats to Mt. Rose for getting that first dusting of snow this morning. The Tahoe Locals must be rejoicing that cold temps and accumulation are coming to the region after a disastrous wildfire season.
Does anybody else ever think before a ski season-Â ‘What if it just doesn’t snow? What if it doesn’t get cold? What if there is no ski season at all?’
I can’t be the only one that worries that ski season will just never come, right? That’s why these early season snow storms bring me so much joy. It’s a reminder that I’m a little bit crazy, and ski season will come.
It’s inevitable! Well, at least for now…
