I’m going to take a guess that the large majority of mountain bike riders don’t have to worry about alligators when they’re on the trail. That’s unless you’re riding trails in Florida, of course.
This mountain bike rider had to act quickly and bunny hopped the tail of a 6′ alligator that was just sitting in the middle of the trail. Good on him to react so quickly, I can’t say that I would have done the same.
You know this dude is from Florida because of that quick reaction. Rather than freeze up at the sight of a gator, he simply let out an “Oh shit!” and hopped over that prehistoric creature like it was no big deal.
Well done, sir, well done.
