The following footage comes from Grand Teton National Park in Northwestern Wyoming where pets are allowed but park rules require leashes at all times and are not permitted on hiking trails, inside visitor centers or other facilities. A good rule of thumb is that a pet may go anywhere a car may go: roads, campgrounds, parking lots, etc. No one faults the husky in this incident, the owners are 100% culpable. Thankfully the pup wasn’t hurt or killed.
