Check out this awesome photo of Smugglers’ Notch Resort before trails were even cut!
The exact year this photo was taken is not given. According to New England Ski History, the first trails were cut sometime in the 1950s on Sterling Mountain (further peak right in photo). So my guess is this was taken prior to that decade.
Shout out No School Snowboard Shop as well! A great spot in Jeffersonville, VT.
