A trail cam happened to capture the moment a deer came to the rescue of a rabbit and stomped a hawk to death. I have no idea what possessed this deer to unleash a can of whoop ass on this hawk, but my god is this a wild video.
Gotta wonder if the deer had some kind of beef with this particular hawk? I didn’t know deer could be so… violent.
I started the video feeling bad for the rabbit, but ended up actually feeling bad for the hawk. I guess that’s just the circle of life.
It’s also kind of fitting that this video was published at the same time the Milwaukee Bucks were playing the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA playoffs… Makes you wonder if there was some real-life mascot fighting going on here.
