Tense moments caught on camera of four women in a rental boat precariously hanging over the edge of 36-foot drop of a Texas dam. Emergency crews from Austin-Travis County EMS responded to a 911 call reporting that a boat was “up against the dam.” Rescuers attached the boat to another boat and lowered down life vests from a helicopter to the occupants. The boat was towed back to safety by police and no injuries were reported in the incident.
