Search Ride with a FREERIDE WORLD TOUR athlete Want to be guided in Hokkaido, Nagano or Niigata by the world's top freeride skiers and snowboarders from the Freeride World Tour (FTW) or Freeride World Qualifier (FWQ)? You've come to the right ...

How do you lay it all out on the table for a big-time Freeride World Tour qualifier?

Well if you’re 18-year-old Swedish skier Max Palm, you throw one backy, and follow it with an absolutely MASSIVE double backflip!

The youngster finished 13th overall after taking a big fall at the Scandinavian Big Mountain Championships at Riksgränsen, a small resort that sits between Sweden and Norway in the Arctic Circle.

Such a bummer that his score was lower because of the fall.

Look out for more clips of this kid in the future. Maybe we’ll even see him on the FWT in years to come.
