Well isn’t this quite the ‘Would You Rather’?
On one hand you can get snag that new pair of skis or board whenever you want, and on the other hand you can go skiing/riding as much as you want without fear of the lift ticket price.
Here are the best answers to:
Adam R: “Unless it’s free heli, ain’t no pass price gonna touch the cost of the dream gear list.”
George V: “Ski. Go everyday for free. You only buy gear once every how ever many years it takes to break them.”
Travis F: “Ski. I use gear for years and years before I replace it. My bib is like 6 years old and my jacket is almost 15 years old. Both gortex shells and I put various pieces of under layers depending on the weather.”
^If it slides, we ride!
Charles M: “my skis are 2006 volkl supersports my poles are 1960’s bamboo ill take the free lift passes”
Tyler : “New gear. I just hang out in the bar anyway.”
Eric R: “yeah this is a silly question unofficial, i dont break / buy new skis every year….i do buy a pass every year….you do the math lol”
Douglas P: “I can ride with old thrift store gear, so for me the pass would be better.”
Ryan D: “Ski for sure. Lift tickets\passes are expensive as shit!”
Evan W: “Ski for free. New gear is over rated. That being said is this new gear for free whenever I want it? I could start a lucrative ebay business off that. Its hard to sell lift tix.”
John W: “Beer”
