WCAX3 is reporting that a hockey player for SUNY Fredonia passed away at Whiteface Mountain on Saturday, January 9th.
Tanner Kahalu lost control and struck a tree on The Upper Approach Trail around 12:30 PM. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
