A major nor’easter is chugging its way through the Mid-Atlantic region this week. Snow totals could range as high as 24″ for many ski resorts in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains.

Some parts of the Philly region could see 23 inches of snow. See the latest maps here.

Considering that many of these resorts average around 50″ of total snowfall for an entire season, this storm will contribute a substantial amount of fresh pow for Philadelphians and New Yorkers who frequent the Poconos.

Most resorts in the region aren’t open yet due to above-average temps. We can assume that this storm will kick things in to high-gear and allow some terrain to open up!

Check out these resorts who stand to benefit the most from the storm!
