Carson Storch, professional mountain bike rider from Bend, Oregon is raising money for those effected by this year’s deadly wildfires.

Fires have burned over 1,000,000 acres in Storch’s home state of Oregon. They leave a wave of destruction, and potentially a lifetime of struggle for those affected.

Need more of an incentive to donate? Storch is raffling off his helmet and bike frame that he used in North of Nightfall, a MTB movie that takes place on the fringes of the North Pole.

Donations that exceed $20 will be entered into the raffle.

The movie highlights how climate change is drastically changing the Earth, and is the principle reason Storch was even able to ride a bike 250 miles from the North Pole.

Cool, I know, but Storch recognizes the danger of increasing temperatures across the globe. More places to ride isn’t always a good thing…

It’s fitting that his signature Red Bull helmet, and bike that were using in the movie, are being auctioned off for wildfire relief.

Storch plans on ending the fundraiser once it reaches $10k, and will select winners of the raffle on his Instagram.
