Have you ever been walking the aisles of a home improvement store and wondered if the shelves contained the makings of an actual rideable snowboard? The dudes from Signal put that theory to the test and they did it with a $100 budget for both the snowboard and the snowboard press used to make it: 
“Scavenging for makeshift materials on a budget: we need hydrophobic base materials, a sturdy core, metal edges, glue to hold everything together, and finally a makeshift press to bind the layers.
