A new apartment complex at the Georgian ski resort of Bakuriani will feature a year-round ski hill on its sloping roof.

The new Dux Development is one of five buildings that will include a ski run on it’s roof. The others, a ski hotel in Switzerland, a power plant in Denmark and hotel at the Finnish resort of Levi are all set to open in the near future.

The latest building/ski area, Dux Development, will include ‘hotel-type’ apartments and offer year-round skiing on a 102 metre long slope. The ski run will drop 6 stories, terminating two floors above ground level.

The project has a completion date of December 2020.
