“Those millennials, they get a bad wrap. They’re excellent athletes and excellent human beings.”

Last November Todd Ermentraut was skiing the back bowls of Vail when he fell into a tree well breaking his femur. Todd was trapped with no way out until a pair of passing skiers heard his cries for help and came to his rescue. The skiers did their best to stabilize Todd and keep him calm until reinforcements arrived. 35 minutes later ski patrol was on scene and Todd and his rescuers parted ways.

A more than a year later Todd is walking with a cane and looking forward to getting back on the mountain as soon as possible but in the mean time he wanted to share his gratitude with his rescuers in the form of homemade cookies and beer.  Great story!
