The star of countless feature Hollywood films (*The Royal TenenbaumsĀ being my favorite), Gwyneth Paltrow’s vacation to Deer Valley three years ago was apparently filled with enough drama that it warranted its own lawsuit.

The Salt Lake Tribune is reporting that Paltrow is being sued by a Utah man for allegedly running into him on the slopes before skiing away as if nothing had happened. The victim,Ā Terry Sanderson is asking for roughly $3 million in damages.

The lawsuit is based on an incident that happened a little less than three years ago (*2-26-16). Sanderson claims that after the collision,Ā Paltrow skied off while her instructor filed a false report to protect her very public profile. The suit also claims the instructor failed to report the injury to ski patrol immediately.

Sanderson says he suffered a concussion as well as multiple broken ribs in the crash– which have led to other ailments including depression and anxiety.
